Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases unless the registered buyer provides a valid Resale Permit. Washington state no longer allows us to give tax exemption for Oregon, Montana and Alaska residents.

Buyer's premium: 10% on merchandise, $150 buyer's premium per vehicle (in addition to state filing fees)

Additional merchandise or vehicle pick up days are Sunday 8am - 10:30 am, and the Monday after the auction 8am - 3:45pm.

** - Firearms: Buyers of- HANDGUNS MUST be a resident of Washington State with state ID
AGE: Buyer must be 21 to purchase a pistol or semi-auto rifle.
Out of state buyers of semi-automatic rifles must conform to Washington law.

Purchasers of "semiautomatic assault rifles" must provide proof that they have completed a recognized firearm safety training program within the last five years that, at a minimum, includes instruction on:
(i) Basic firearms safety rules;
(ii) Firearms and children, including secure gun storage and talking to children about gun safety;
(iii) Firearms and suicide prevention;
(iv) Secure gun storage to prevent unauthorized access and use;
(v) Safe handling of firearms; and
(vi) State and federal firearms laws, including prohibited firearms transfers.
Certificate will be needed to pickup the semi-auto rifle from Boerner's Firearms
A processing fee of $25 will be assessed at Boerner's

NOTES
Minor children are welcome but are not allowed to handle unsold merchandise or climb on or in vehicles or equipment.
DOGS: Must be dog and people friendly and remain on leash (three exceptions, the two dogs that live here). Please keep dogs out of buildings.
